Report 30 second timeout

I have a report that used to take about 2 seconds to run. Now, all of a
sudden, it times out after 30 seconds (apparenly exactly).

The SQL runs in < 1 second. There is a subreport, who's SQL also runs in < 1
second.

I have managed to get the report operational for one day by cutting and
pasting the SQL in from a similar report. Then it breaks again the next day.

Any ideas?
 
Any change that you may have done recently, like changing the default
printer for your machine? The 30 limit looks like some sort of time-out on
a required resource.
