replying with attachements

I have just migrate 25 users from Lotus Notes to Outlook 2003, one of the
question I keep getting asked is there a way of receiving an e-mail with a
word doc attached, open and edit the word doc then reply with the attachment
and its changes without deattaching and re-attaching the doc.
 
Not without using an add-in or VBA code. I handle that scenario myself by forwarding instead of replying.
