What version of Outlook? Always include that when you post in here -
version, mode, SP level (find this in help | about).
By default, the original message *is* included, so you may have unticked a
box. Try tools, options, email options, "on replies and forwards...." drop
down menus....this is what I have in OL2003 (and had in 2002).
