Replying to email does not include the original.

On all my replys to emails the original is quoted.

Today I went to reply to an email and the original was not quoted.

On all emails other than this particular one the original is quoted.

Wonder why????

SOLVED:

Ive managed to stop outlook automaticly deleting the message thread.. but im
not sure why

Tools>Options>Mail format

Unticked the box [] Use Microsoft Office word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
