I use Outlook 2003. I have internet access thru satelitte via Hughes.net.
When i attempt to reply or forward emails I often get a "System Administrator
message telling me that my reply or forward did not go through. This does
happen the majority of the time, although there are times when it does work.

Is there a more specific non delivery message? Please state the exact message
and any error numbers.

Kathleen,
Below is the exact message.

Your message did not reach some or all of the intended recipients.

Subject: RE: Application for Ohio SAF Member received
Sent: 1/2/2008 10:11 AM

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 1/2/2008 10:11 AM
554 <dpc6746167209.direcpc.com[67.46.167.209]>: Client host
rejected: Access denied

I'm almost tempted to guess that your email is being rejected for meeting
SPAM parameters OR you're sending from an ISP that's been identified as
having allowed SPAM to be generated either from their facilities or through
their servers. It could be your ISP has been blacklisted.
Try sending your email with a different subject line.
Another question I have is are you sending email from a different provider
than Hughes?

No, as far as I know everything that leaves or comes in, comes from Hughes.net
