What happens when you try? What type of account is it (POP, IMAP, etc.)?
 
If your using Outlook 2003 to manage your hotmail account, I'm having the
same issue. The problem occures when selecting eith the Reply, Reply to all
or the Forward buttons in the tool bar. Would like to hear the solution to
this too.
