When I hit the reply button BCM does not save a copy of the sent e-mail with
the contact that I have associated that e-mail with. I am using BCM so
that I can have all my e-mails in one place. It seems to save it only in the
sent items folder. Is the true??
(e-mail address removed)

Do you have BCM set up to autolink email? By address or by folder?
