Reply to e-mails in Outlook

When I recieve an e-mail sent in plain text and i reply to it my reply is set
a plain text rather than my deafault HTML. This makes my signature incorrect
as it was created in HTML. Is there anything that can be configures so all
reply and forwarded e-mail are in HTML regardless of what the orignal e-mail
was sent in?

Hi Chris,

I don't know what you could do about the forwarding emails but I can tell
you an add-in for Outlook that can help you reply only in HTML format. The
add-in it is called Bells & Whistles for Outlook and you can find it at this
