Reply to CC only

Is there an easy way to create a Reply To CC Only button and add it to the
Message ribbon/Respond group? We're would like an easier way to reply to
folks who supply information via a web form, but the actual submitter's email
address is in the CC field.
 
Nope. Why not modify the web form to set the Reply-To address as well? Then
it would be solved properly.
 
That's my alternative, except the responder will have to delete other names
in the To: field when he/she hits reply. Thanks for your help anyway.
 
Not true. When you specify the Reply-To address, the original address in the
To: field won't be addressed in the reply.
