Reply to and Copy BCC

Hello,

Can anyone shed any light on the following:

If a person BCCs an email and the recipient in the "To" then "Relpy to all"
does the person in the BCC included in the reply?

No, the one pressing the Reply All button never knows that someone got
BCC'ed (unless told in "real life" of course).
