Reply On Behalf Feature

Hi!,
I have a question regarding using the Reply On Behalf feature. At my Work we
have an Exchange Server so we can use this feature – my question is: Can I
use the Reply on Behalf feature for 2 POP3 Accounts?

Why would you want to?
 
Because I run a Website and i want staff to be able to reply on behalf of our
Geneal Email Account and its POP3 - is it possible?

Create a second account whose address is the address you want them to use
and have then choose that account with the Accounts button before they send.
The From field doesn't behave well in a POP environment.
