Reply message with default setting

I have a user who set the indent of the message, wallapaper and font size
when he send a email to me. When I click reply, I always have to reply with
his orginal message. Can I reply without using the wallapaper, his font size
and indent message?

Outlook always uses the format of the original message when replying or
forwarding. When replying, you could click Format and choose Plain Text if
you want to remove the HTML.
