reply mail account not default account

I have 2 e-mail accounts set up on outlook 2003, one is
set as default, however when I reply to mails and forward
mails, my other e-mail account always is the one that it
says the mail is being sent from, Can this be stopped?
 
Outlook 2003 always replies and forwards with the account that the message
arrived on. You'd have to override that manually by selecting a different
accoun t.
