reply is not allowing me to add a written message

When I attempt to reply to emails I am unable to write a message. To,
Subject, and attachments are working correctly but the message area is blue
with a small red x in the upper left hand corner. I am using Microsoft
Outlook Web Access.

OWA is part of Exchange; not Outlook. Ask again in the exchange.clients
newsgroup.

what os? if vista it's something with vista security and you'll need to ask
in a vista group.
