reply form without publishing it

Hi,

I'm not sure if this question makes sense, so here goes:
I want to create a custom form that i can send to users with custom
fields.

i would like to users to receive the form in their mails, fill out the
information and hit the reply button.

When the reply button is hit, the form should return back to me in form
mode with textboxes filled out.

I need this to be done without publishing the form or adding code. I
think it is referred to as a "One-offs" type of form.

Is it possible.

YOu could create the form preaddressed to yourself, save it as an .oft file, then send it as an attachment for people to open, fill out, and click Send.

I was hoping it could be done without sending it as an attachment. I
guess it wouldnt be possible since that form is not registered and
cannot be loaded on destination machine.
