Reply error: 553, domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts

When I try to reply to a message, immediately after sending I receive an
"System Administrator" message saying:

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'(e-mail address removed)' on 11/18/2005 3:29 PM
553 Sorry, that domain isn't in my list of allowed rcpthosts.

I'm using a POP3 account and mail isn't actually sent to my mail provider...
the error email shows up immediately.

After receiving this error any other email I try to send generates the same
email error. The only way to overcome the problem is to close Outlook and
create a new email for the reply.

Running Win2k and Outlook 2002.
