Reply and forward Emails do not go into sent folder

If I type an original Email, that will go into the sent folder. But if I do
a reply or forward, it goes into the IN box. WHen the reply screen comes
up,under options instead of saying put in sent folder, it has a name of
another folder, either the person who sent it to me or another Email account.
Even if I change it to put message in sent folder, it goes back to the
wrong way. I have tried everything and I am completely stumped. I am
using Outlook 2003.

One option: Create subfolders under the Sent folder, then create two new
rules to place messages with the words RE: and FW: in the Subject, into their
respective folders after they are sent.
