Replies to my e-mails do not arrive

When people use the Reply button to respond to my e-mails, the message is
marked as sent but does not reach me. I've tested this myself by sending
messages from Windows Mail to my Hotmail account and trying to reply. Can
anyone help explain/solve this?

This only happens with messages sent to your Hotmail account?
If so, the problem would appear to be with your Hotmail account.
