Replies in Outlook 2003

I don't know what to call this, but it happens when I reply to an e-mail. If
I type in the body of the e-mail when I reply my name comes up in brackets
and my comment is a differnt font type and color. It looks like this-
"[Sally] My eyes are red, not hazel." It is NOT controlled by the "insert
comment" button. This was cool at first, but it can be problematic. Problem
is, I don't know how to get rid of it. I'd swear the option for this was
under Options in the window with the reply open, but I can't find it. Can
anyone help me turn this thing off?

Tools - Options - Email Options, uncheck Mark my comments with:
