Replication/Syncronization

Linda

I am having trouble with Replicating my database. I have
been setting up a multi-user environment, where the other
users can view and search records, but not make any
changes to data or design.
Questions:
1) I don't know how to set priorities.
2) Can I have the database update automatically when I
make changes to the main database (Design Master)?
3) When I try to syncronize, I have been having to go to
each individual replica and syncronize.
4) Can I move and rename the replicas, and still allow the
syncronization to take place?
5) I have had such trouble with replication, that I was
going to just make copies of my database and update data
in the evening, by creating new copies and deleting old
ones, however, my database now has all of the (MSys)
attached to it, and I don't know how to rid the database
of such. I also can't find where the info is stating that
I have made the original a Design Master.

I realize this is so much to ask, but I am stuck.
Thank you

Linda, since you have not got any other replies, I recommend that you post
your question to microsoft.public.access.replication (or whatever it's
called).

Replication is a specialized topic. The topic of >this< newsgroup, is
database & table design. We, in this newsgoup, do not necessarily have any
knowledge of replication, at all.
