I have recently taken over a Active Directory that was setup by another
company and the AD was having major issues, the first DC was dead and has
been for some time, so I had to seize the roles, no DNS so I setup DNS on
two systems, they have 7 DC's altogether and had to transfer the
Infrastructure master to another system (sorry about the history), so now
after about a week things have settled down except one dc in a remote
office, it will not replicate, although it is in DNS, I am getting a slew of
KCC errors errors (1265), NTFRS error (13508) and Cannot determine
User/computer name (1000). Thanks in advance for any assistance.

DCDIAG results from a different DC
Performing initial setup:
[pem-print] LDAP bind failed with error 1053,
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely
fashion..
DCDIAG on the problem DC
Application popup: dcdiag.exe - Entry Point Not Found : The procedure entry
point DsIsMangledDnW could not be located in the dynamic link library
NTDSAPI.dll.
