Replication Problem

I am restored my DC from back up file with old good
configuration. However, another 2 DCs make AD replication
and come back me on the beginning. I tried to
do "replication now" from these DCs and got
message " ...access is denied". Also i tried to push
replication (with Active Directory Replication monitor
tool)from my restored DC. Unsuccessfully again. The reason
is the same. What will be happened if i turn off another
DCs before restoring? Is it possible solution for my
problem?
Anybody hepls me?

On the restore dc disable the KDC and reboot.
use netdom /server:existinggooddcname /resetpwd
reboot
try replicate now
