"replication error" found the W2k DC

E

ESW

During the pass months,
a event "replication error" is found in the event log as follow:
The File Replication Service has detected that the replica set "DOMAIN
SYSTEM VOLUME (SYSVOL SHARE)" is in JRNL_WRAP_ERROR.

In the sysvol folder , the policy content is not synch between primary
and secondary W2k domain controller.

The number of policy is not same,
and some *.pol are missing
and some *.inf file are not synch too.

In this connection, I do manual copy the updated one to replace the
outdated one. and it seem fine. Will it cause any problem?
By the way, any suggestion to fix the replication problem.
Please help.
