Replicating an email address

I am trying to replicate my work email address for a replacement coworker to
use in her job start up. I need to be able to have her access all the files
I have in outlook, as well as my contacts. Is there an easy way to replicate
my email address and files in outlook? Thanks to anyone out there that may
have done this in the past.

I do not understand your term "replicate email address"; do you perhaps
mean "replicate email setup"? If so, is it on a different computer?

Further information would be useful, e.g. Outlook version, Account type
(POP3/SMTP, IMAP, Exchange Server).

Basically you will have to copy your PST file to the other computer,
then set up an account exactly as yours.
