for my Windows XP CD. I am a registered user and need the
CD to upgrade my motherboard.

If you bought your computer from a company like Dell, gateway, sony, hp,
etc. you must contact them to get CD's or restore CD.

If you purchased a retial copy of XP and lost the cd then...
