Replacing the French spelling dictionary

I recently upgraded to Office 2007 and now my Outlook Express dictionary is
French. There is no other dictionary option in Outlook, so how do I change
the dictionary to English?

Outlook Express is not part of Microsoft Office, so your question is
off-topic here. But see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=932974 "You
no longer have spell checking capabilities in some languages in Outlook
Express 6.0 after you install the 2007 Microsoft Office system". You
can install a third-party spellchecking utility (there are many, some
free, some not, just ask Google).

It is not just "mean" but It clearly shows Microsoft does that on purpose.
I am not sure what is the purpose but one is certain, MS wants to piss off
customers. Why French is available? Why not Greman or Arabic? Is MS
based on French?
It is pretty pathetic...:--))) I think Bill Gates needs to fire a few smart
ones...:))) I looked at Mac computers on the other day...not a bad option.
