Outlook Express 6 Spelling

In my Outlook Express 6 Spelling Options the only dictionary I have is
French. How do I get an English one ? I have MS Office with an English
Dictionary

Presumably you have Office 2007? This is a well documented happening - a
Google search would have given you the answer in seconds.
Either install the English proofing tools from a prior version of Office or
download and install a free OE spell-check.

How is a problem with Outlook Express an issue with Outlook?
Outlook is the topic of THIS newsgroup.
Outlook Express is an unrelated product.

This is a very old problem with Outlook Express that you could have
found simply by searching. Google still works.
