Replacing Radeon 9800 Pro

Looks like this may be on the way out

Can someone recommend a similar or slightly better card / model that is not
going to be more than £80-£100, and what kind of extra cooling options I
should look at (sounds like the old one is heat damaged)
 
I'm also curious to see a replacement for this. i am looking to buy a
new cards too.
