Replacemetn file doesn't exist

I am trying to install the Blaster Worm patch. This patch was downloaded
from http://www.xpefiles.com/ as 83=
QBlasterworm823980.zip when running the batch I get a Replacement file
doesn't exist. Any assistance appreciated.

Disregard this as I figured this out. The names in the batch file did not
match as
they were changed as they were long file names.
