I forward my business emails to a gmail mailbox. when I reply, I want
the official email address to show, not the gmail one.

Gmail provides a solution for webmail access ("from masking"), but
when I reply from Outlook, I can not mask the gmail address as this is
the address i need to access to retrieve the emails coming in.

Any ideas?

Create an account in Outlook that has the sending address you want your
recipients to see and use that account to send the messages.
