Unfortunately, Access does not have a MODE function. You can find the mode
in a query, but you didn't say how you wanted to use it. Here's a really
good reference about using statistics in SQL: http://oreilly.com/catalog/transqlcook/chapter/ch08.html. Most of it
applies to Access. About halfway down the page shows how to calculate a
Mode in SQL.
