Repeating meetings

copy and paste? Outlook doesn't support repeating appointments, only
recurring.

To copy, select the appointment and if its in edit mode (if you can edit the
subject, its in edit mode) press Esc - then press Ctrl+C to copy.

and another way...

Grab it on the coloured bar and drag with the right mouse button to the date
you want to copy it to. You can drop it straight onto the Date Navigator or
show the date first, then drag to it. Make sure to use the right mouse
button, then when you release the meeting, you get a choice of move or copy.

Thanks, Gena. This did achieve copying the meeting on 6 different calendar
dates.

However, I didn't word my question well because what I really was trying to
do was create an invitation for multiple occurrences of a meeting without
having to send out individual invites for each occurrence. By copying the
meetings, the individual received 6 different invitations...I was hoping to
somehow achieve one invitation with the 6 different dates included in it.
Thanks for listening.

Create each appointment and save it to your desktop. Then, create an email message and insert each of your saved appointments in the message body (make sure it is RTF formatted.)

If this is to allow each recipient to select a single item to accept, include this information in the email message with instructions for selecting the one date/time that they wish to accept..

if they meet the recurring rules, you could create a recurring appointment.
Otherwise, you'll need to use milly's method.
