repeating error message

Every time I open Windows Movie Maker on Windows XP,
after I load my movie into movie maker it closes down and
gives me an error message asking me if I want to send it
to microsoft so they can help fix it. It happens every
time.

I had the same problem papajohn told me to remove a file
called divxaf.ax and change the name of some of the .ax
files l changed the mpeg2parser.ax and the
mpeg2decoder.ax this then stopped that error message
however left me with another prob l cant view my story
board in the preview viewer if you encounter this and
solve it will you let me know )))) hope this helps
