repeating e-mail

I keep getting the same e-mail over and over. Sometimes I have 9 in my in-box
all the same. I keep deleting and it keeps coming back as a new message. How
can I get rid of it for good?
 
That typically indicates a 'stuck' email on the server.
Log in via webmail (using your browser), sort the messages there by date,
delete all the older ones you already have downloaded, plus one more.
Try Windows Mail again.
