Repeating data in reports

I have customers that get catalogs on a set schedule. There are 3 options:
Jan, April, July, Oct Schedule 1
Feb, May, Aug, Nov Schedule 2
Mar, June, Sep, Dec Schedule 3

I currently have a report that shows:

Jan, April, July, Oct Feb, May, Aug, Nov Mar, June, Sep, Dec
Cust123 Cust543 Cust048
Cust548 Cust 873 Cust 083

I want a report that shows:
Jan Feb March April ....
123 543 048 123 (repeating the customers for the
months that they get the catalog.

I am able to get it to get 3 months to appear this way but it won't repeat
any of the data. How can I do this?
