Repeating "Configuring Microsoft Office" message

Jeff

Whenever I launch Outlook 2007 it displays a message "Configuring Microsoft
Office". A similar message appears in Frontpage 2003 when it is launched. All
other Office 2007 applications work fine. I think it has something to do with
Frontpage 2003 as the message didn't occur before it was installed. I cannot
find a registry key that would prompt these progams to keep configuring
themselves. My OS is Vista 64 running all updates for the OS and Office.

Do you let both programs complete the configuring options? Did you try
repairing Outlook 2007's install? (Help, Office diagnostics)

If office diagnostics doesn't help... What is set in IE's tools, options,
programs as the default HTML editor? Do the problems stop if you set word as
the editor?
