Repeating Bookmarked Text

I'm sure I knew this once, but cannot remember or find a reference to
it.... If I have a string marked as a bookmark with a name
'recipients,' how can I insert--later in the document--that same
bookmarked string? Word 2002.
 
Cross reference to the bookmark, and when doing so select
bookmark text from the reference to field

Another way, which you might find simpler that working through the toolbars,
is to type Ctrl-F9, then type the bookmark's name between the brackets, then
press F9 to get the result.
