Repeated Undelivered Mail Messages

Why am I getting many messages of undelivered email that supposedly was
sent from my address to unrecognizable recipients? I have the latest
antivirus (E-Trust) updates on my W2K SP4 system (using Netscape Mail),
and I have never gotten any form of the blaster virus that reportedly
causes these types of things. Are emails being sent using my address
from someone else's infected computer? How can I be certain that the
problem is not coming directly from my system?

Look at the IP address of the initiating e-mail in the headers. If it's your IP then you sent it. If it's not then you didn't.
