Repair windows Necessary-files

Norton Detected a virus in the boot.dbx and rundll323
files from the windows\necessary-files folder and is not
able to repair so I would like to now how can I replace
it with an uninfected file

These are not valid Windows files. You don't want them back. They were the
virus.
