Repair a PST file size is above 1.96 GB

Dear Sir,

Kindly help me out in recovering a oversized pst file 1.96GB, I have already
tried to repair it with scanpst.exe as well as try to recover the data with
pst2gb.exe, but no able to do so, Kindly suggest me the best solution for
rectifying my problem and also advice me how to fix the size of a file in
MS.Exchange server.
