Repackage my Excel workbook into software

I have a spreadsheet that I'd like to convert into software on a CD-ROM where my clients wouldn't need Excel and wouldn't see the formulas. They would only be provided with an input page (questionnaire) and an output page (a report). Does anyone has any ideas?

your clients need Excel to process your worksheet. Even the free Excel
vierwer won't help as you want some inputs
