Reoccuring meetings

D

Duncs

I have set my calendar works days to be Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday,
Thursday.

I have set a re-occurring meeting to happen every "weekday" for the next 30
days - Outlook then puts the meeting request in Monday to Friday which is not
the working week I have specified.

I look forward to MS responce to this interesting dilema.

Weekday is not the same as workday and the recurrence uses weekday.

Use the weekly option and select your work days, occur every week, enter an
end date in the End by field.

I have to disagree my weekday is the same my workdaya - not every every
country in the world is Mon - Fri. It should not be too hard to link these
two together or to be able to change "weekday".

Thanks for the work around.

had they set it to use workday selections from the start it would work - but
they didn't and it uses Mon - Fri, at least if you use english etc. It may
be use different dates if a language is configured and that language has
different weekdays. For example, if Arabic language is enabled you can
change the days in a compressed weekend to any 2 consecutive days of the
week.
