reoccuring meetings without a pattern

We have recently migrated from GroupWise to Outlook 2007. Something the
users are missing from GroupWise(GW) is the ability to create reoccuring
meetings without a pattern. In GW they could pull up a calendar for the
entire year and click on the days they wanted to have the meeting. It could
be three days one month and one day another etc, etc.

How can we accomplish this in Outlook 2007? We can't simply click on the
days we want we are forced to set a pattern.

Any suggestions?

outlook doesn't support recurring items that do not fit a pattern. They are
also not conducive to editing individual events.

this is your best bet: http://www.websetters.co.uk/WSAddIns/WSRAII/index.htm
it takes the dates and creates individual appointments on those days (rather
than a true recurring appointment).

or you can enter the dates in excel and import. or copy and paste to new
dates.
