Schedule reocurring meetings

I need to schedule meetings that reoccur, but do not fit the patterns of
daily, monthly, weekly, etc...I need to choose the dates as they fall on
different days of the week, etc.

outlook doesn't support that type of recurrence you can set exceptions but
they work best when exceptions are limited.
