Reoccuring error message

Every time I boot up my computer I get the following error message.
"The default Version of the Resource DLL(PRdsienu.irc) is not found has
anyone out there got any ideas how I can rectify this? Regards from Ken
 
uninstall your IRC software
reboot (check if the messages is still happening)

when all OK again, download the latest installer for your IRC software and
install again
