Renaming user profile folder??

Is it possible to rename an existing user profile folder (C:\Documents and Settings\alexp) to something else?? If so, how is the best way to accomplish this

I have a remote user who's account was setup with a typo in the spelling of the account name. The account name has been corrected however the typo remains in the userprofile folder

You're not gonna like this...cant change the file name without changing the
account.
Create another user..lets say B
sign in but NOT as B or alexp but make sure you have admin rights
open MyComputer/properties/advanced
user profiles/settings.........here you should see all user
highlight alexp..click copy to
under copy profile to...Browse
and go find C:\documenst&settings\B
click OK
OK your way out
restart and sign in as B and check to make sure its all there
go to control panel/user accounts and delete alexp
there you go.....all that for a little spelling mistake
