Renaming title bar on a form

If I have a form named "Safety" when I open it up on the title bar it has
[Safety : Form]. Is there a way to change this name, but keep the original
name of the form?

And also can you change it for the taskbar?

Design View-->Form Properties-->Format Tab: Caption

As for the Task Bar, I'm not sure how to edit this for the form. :-(

Set the form's Caption property.

Go into the properties of the form and under the Format tab, enter the name
of the form you want it to be in the Caption box. This won't change the name
of the form in the Access Window.

If by taskbar you are referring to the uppermost horizontal strip at the top
of the page where "Microsoft Access" is normally displayed by default, then
go to Tools | Startup | Application Title: and type in whatever you'd like
displayed when the database is open.
