Renaming the Administrator account?

Has anyone heard that if you rename the built-in Administrator account, runas
will not run correctly? Or any other install or configuration requiring the
administrator account? Please advise.

Assuming this is Windows 2000, there is a way to do it which makes sure
changes trickle down to where they need to and makes reversing the change
easier if needed. see:

your question, everything should still run fine, including runas
