Renaming/deleting files & folders

The option to rename folders has disappeared from the
left pane in the "my documents" folder, even when I right
click on the folder that I just created it won't allow me
to rename it. Also, in the "my music" folder, I have
several songs that I didn't finish downloading, so
they're automatically named "INCOMPLETE" followed by the
name of the song. It won't allow me to move or delete any
of those incomplete files either. If anyone can help I'd
greatly appreciate it. Please email me if you know what I
can do to fix it. Thanks!

Error Deleting File or Folder - Cannot delete (filename): Cannot find the
specified path. Make sure you specify the correct path and file name.
Workaround:

Right click the Recycle Bin/Properties/Check: Do Not Move Files to the
Recycle Bin...
