renaming backend database

Sorry if I posted twice, but I cant find my original message.
What do I need to do in order to change the name of a backend database?
I looked at Link Manager, but I didn't understand what it was trying to do -
was afraid I'd mess things up. How do I do this?

You can change the name of the backend mdb in Windows Explorer, just like
you would any other file (right-click...Rename).

Then open the frontend, go to the Linked Table Manager - Select All - put a
check at the bottom - OK and locate the newly named backend.
